Return & Refund Policy

At RestDen Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products (guides, templates, challenges), we generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases. However, if you are unsatisfied with a digital product, please contact us at therestden@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at therestden@gmail.com with photos. We will send a free replacement without requiring you to return the original item.
